01 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the diy22 platform and its users. By using the diy22 website or application, or by creating an account, you automatically agree to these terms.

diy22 is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting, casino games, and live gaming services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested to refrain from using diy22 and to contact the support team to close your account.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To create an account on diy22 and use the platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be an individual person, not a corporate entity.
• One person may open only one account.
• You must participate on this platform voluntarily and entirely of your own free will.
• You must place bets on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.

diy22 may request identity documents at any time to verify age. Failure to provide a copy of a national ID card or passport may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

03 Account Registration & Verification

When opening an account on diy22, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing incorrect or false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account cancellation.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your username and password with anyone else. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, internet connection, or payment method is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and funds held in them may be forfeited.

Account Verification (KYC)

diy22 may initiate an identity verification process at any time if required. As part of this, a national ID card, birth certificate, or other documents may be requested. Withdrawal functionality may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to deposits and withdrawals on diy22:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay
• Deposits may only be made from your own payment account
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirements on any bonus have been met

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account has been fully verified. Withdrawals may be delayed due to incomplete information.

05 Bonus & Promotion Policy

diy22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be met.

Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 10x applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200
• Before withdrawing the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed

Other Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used once only
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited
• diy22 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated
• Bonuses may only be used for betting purposes and cannot be withdrawn directly

06 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on diy22:

General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled
• diy22 reserves the right to void bets settled at abnormal odds due to a technical error
• Bets placed after a betting market has closed will not be accepted
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, withdrawals will be suspended until an investigation is complete

Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Each sport has its own betting rules. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

Casino Games

All casino games are operated fairly and impartially. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG). diy22 does not interfere with game results.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the diy22 platform:

• Using any form of cheating, manipulative software, or bots
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Placing bets in a planned manner to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Opening an account using a false identity or false information
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct towards other players
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Betting using funds belonging to a third party

08 Security & Data Protection

10 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

diy22 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Temporary Suspension

• While suspicious activity is under investigation
• Due to a technical issue

Permanent Closure

• For a serious breach of these terms
• For involvement in fraudulent activity
• For providing a false identity or age
• For a connection to money laundering
• At the player's own request

You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (excluding bonuses, subject to all wagering requirements being met) before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to fraud.

11 Limitation of Liability

diy22 strives to ensure uninterrupted service. However, our liability is limited in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions
• Issues with third-party software or services
• Unexpected technical errors
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence
• Financial losses arising from betting (this is entirely the user's own responsibility)

12 Policy on Changes to Terms and Conditions

diy22 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions
• If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you have the option to close your account
